Terms of Use
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and the developer identified on Tervi’s Google Play listing (the Developer). Read them before using Tervi. By accepting these Terms or continuing to use Tervi, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to accept these Terms where you live. If you enter information about another person, a child, a dependent, or a pet, you confirm that you are authorized to manage that information.
2. What Tervi provides
Tervi is a local Android tool for recording medication details, schedules, reminders, dose activity, supply estimates, profiles, and reports. The guided Assistant opens ordinary Tervi workflows. Tervi has no account system, no medication cloud synchronization, no advertising, no analytics, and no developer-operated backend.
3. Your records and decisions
You choose and control the information entered in Tervi. You are responsible for checking medicine names, forms, doses, units, schedules, daily limits, profiles, reminder settings, and supply values before and after saving. Use the instructions supplied with the medicine and information from the qualified professional responsible for the prescription or care.
4. Health and reminder limitations
Tervi does not determine whether a medicine, dose, schedule, combination, or missed-dose action is appropriate. Android and the device manufacturer control alarms, notifications, battery restrictions, sound, lock-screen behavior, and full-screen alerts. A reminder may be late, duplicated, hidden, silenced, or not delivered. Keep an independent plan for urgent or critical medication.
5. Assistant, inventory, and reports
The Assistant is a navigation aid and does not generate treatment instructions or make clinical decisions. Supply is an estimate calculated from the starting amount and actions recorded in Tervi; it is not a pharmacy record. Reports reproduce information recorded in Tervi and may be incomplete or wrong if the source records are incomplete or wrong.
6. Exports and sharing
Backups, PDF reports, crash logs, screenshots, and other files may contain sensitive information. Tervi creates or shares them only when you request the relevant action. Once a file leaves Tervi’s private storage, it is controlled by the destination, recipient, and their terms. Review the file and recipient before sharing.
7. Acceptable use
You may use Tervi only lawfully. You must not interfere with its operation or security, impersonate the Developer, distribute a modified app as Tervi, infringe another person’s rights, or use Tervi to facilitate unlawful access to or distribution of medication.
8. Intellectual property and open-source software
Tervi’s original code, design, text, name, and branding belong to the Developer or their respective rightsholders. Third-party libraries and icons remain subject to the license notices shown under Open-source licenses. These Terms do not replace those licenses.
9. Updates, availability, and ending use
Tervi may be updated to improve security, compatibility, or functionality. Features may change or be discontinued. You may stop using Tervi at any time and delete local data through Settings → About. Uninstalling Tervi does not delete files you previously exported elsewhere.
10. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tervi is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Developer does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, exact reminder delivery, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Tervi, unavailable reminders, incorrect user-entered information, or files exported outside Tervi. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be identified in the app and may require renewed acceptance. The effective date appears at the top of this document. Continuing to use Tervi after accepting revised Terms means you agree to the revised Terms.
13. Governing rights
These Terms operate subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you and the Developer. Nothing here removes a right or remedy that applicable law makes non-waivable.
