Health and safety
This safety information explains Tervi’s intended role and the limits a user should understand before relying on its records or reminders.
1. Intended purpose
Tervi helps a user organize medication information they already possess, schedule device reminders, record dose activity, estimate supply, and prepare reports. It does not diagnose, choose treatment, prescribe medication, or determine whether a medicine is suitable.
2. Verify every entry
Tervi does not verify a medicine name, dose, unit, schedule, daily limit, combination, or instruction. Enter information only from a reliable source such as the prescription, medication label, pharmacist, or qualified healthcare professional responsible for the care. Review every field after saving.
3. Reminder reliability
A phone reminder can be late, duplicated, hidden, silenced, or lost because of permissions, battery restrictions, reboot, time changes, device settings, software failure, or a powered-off or damaged phone. Test reminders on the actual device. Keep an independent plan for urgent or critical medication and follow the missed-dose instructions supplied with the medicine or by a qualified professional.
4. Recorded actions
Taken, skipped, and snoozed states mean only that an action was recorded in Tervi. They do not independently prove whether a dose was actually taken. Review the record before relying on a report or sharing it with another person.
5. As-needed medication and supply
An as-needed daily limit is the value entered by the user, not a safety calculation or authorization to take a dose. Supply is an estimate based on the starting amount and recorded actions, not a pharmacy record. Do not take, skip, replace, stop, or reorder medication solely because Tervi displays a value.
6. Guided Assistant
The Assistant opens Tervi forms and actions. It does not interpret symptoms, recommend medication, calculate a safe dose, identify contraindications, or check interactions. The user must verify every proposed change before confirming it.
7. Reports and exports
A report can contain incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information if the underlying Tervi records are incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Review a report before using or sharing it. Exported files may reveal sensitive health information.
8. Emergencies and professional care
Tervi is not an emergency service. If a person may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. Questions about symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, interactions, side effects, or missed doses should be directed to an appropriate qualified professional.
9. If something appears wrong
If Tervi shows an incorrect saved value, applies a change you did not confirm, or repeatedly fails to deliver a configured reminder, stop relying on the affected feature. Check the original instructions, preserve only non-sensitive diagnostic details where possible, and contact the Developer through the support contact on Google Play.
